The underlying portfolio targets companies and platforms enabling the AI datacenter economy, including compute, memory, cooling, power, cloud infrastructure, and other foundational technology layers.

Varut Bulakul​

Director ​

Varut brings over 20 years of experience in finance, investment banking, and digital asset advisory. As President of Investments at The Brooker Group Plc., he pioneered the firm's digital asset strategy, making it the first Thai-listed company to adopt a Digital Asset Treasury Program and leading its investments into world-class blockchain VC funds. He holds an M.B.A. from Sasin and B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.​

Edward Choi​

Director

Edward has over two decades of experience in Asian equities and investment banking. He has served as a portfolio manager for Asian long-short equity funds at Gordian Capital and Truston Asset Management, and previously as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust. He is also the CEO of Ternary FMC, the Fund's MAS-Licensed Fund Manager. He holds an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University and B.A. in Economics from SUNY at Stony Brook.​
